SMTP Health Monitor
Catch WordPress mail issues early - simple plugin, clear dashboard, no email service lock-in.

Know when your WordPress email breaks - before your customers do

A simple plugin on your site talks to our dashboard. If mail fails, we log it and alert you. We also run a regular “pulse” check so you catch problems early. Works with any email service you already use.

What you get

Practical tools to spot email problems early - without becoming an email expert.

  • Timely alerts

When something goes wrong, you get an email alert so you’re the first to know.

  • A simple dashboard

See recent activity in plain language - what happened and when - across your sites.

  • Works with your mail setup

Keep your current email service or host. We don’t replace how you send mail.

  • Private connection

Connect your site with a secure key so only you can see your logs in the dashboard.

  • Automatic check-ins

Your site sends a test message on a schedule, like a quick health check.

  • Built for teams

Add multiple WordPress sites and keep everything in one place - great for agencies and freelancers.

Why use it?

  • Peace of mind - See failures in one place and get notified so you’re not left wondering if contact forms or order emails went through.
  • Works with your setup - We don’t replace your email service. We only watch whether mail is sent successfully from your WordPress site using your existing email service.
  • Proactive checks - Run a “pulse” check (we ask your site to send a test email) on a schedule, so you can spot issues even when nothing has failed yet.

For developers and agencies

Managing multiple client sites? Add each site with a connection key and see logs in one dashboard. Higher plans support more sites and more frequent pulse checks, so you can keep an eye on every WordPress install you maintain.

Common questions

Do I need to switch email providers?

No. SMTP Health Monitor works with your existing email setup. It only watches whether mail is sent successfully from your WordPress site. You can keep using your web hosting provider, Gmail, SendGrid, or any other email service you already trust.

Is it difficult to set up?

Not at all. Most people install the plugin, paste a connection key from the dashboard, and they’re done. You don’t need to write code or change DNS records for basic email monitoring.

What information is stored?

We focus on whether sending failed and helpful details about the error - so you can fix the problem. You can review recent entries in the dashboard and in the plugin on your site.

Will this slow down my website?

The plugin is lightweight. It only does extra work when mail fails or when you run an optional scheduled check - and only in the WordPress admin. Nothing runs on your public site.

Can I try it without paying?

Yes! You can create an account and explore the dashboard for free. Plan limits (such as how many sites or how often checks run) depend on the tier you choose - check the dashboard billing section for upgrade options.

Create an account, add your first site, and paste the connection key into the free WordPress plugin. No code required.
